When the time comes to negotiate your real estate deal, you should be confident that you have someone in your corner who will advise you not only with your best interests at heart, but who will give you superior representation. Jim offers single agency representation whenever possible, with a fiduciary responsibility to his clients. Jim loves representing his clients because he understands how personal and impactful buying or selling a home can be, and helping others through the process to achieve their real estate goals and aspirations is personally rewarding to him.
Jim is a U.S. Army veteran, having served the State of Florida and our country as part of the Army National Guard, taking part in numerous national security, humanitarian and disaster relief efforts, as well as Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn in the Middle East. When he's not serving his clients, Jim enjoys concerts, travelling, riding his Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, and spending time with Lara, his wife of 17 years, and their beloved dog, Ollie. Jim has been a Tampa-area resident for more than 20 years.
