Jim did an excellent job selling our residence. On his first visit he explained about the company and his experience selling real estate. He had comps from recent sales in our neighborhood and we agreed on a selling price. Immediately there were scheduled showing and I was always given sufficient time to prepare. After these showing he would give me feedback within hours. It was during the holiday season so we were surprised that we received an offer almost immediately, due to FHA appraisal problems the deal fell through. He reassured us of our selling price being on target and suggested that we look for a conventional mortgage buyer. We received two more offers and decided to take the third offer of $217,000. He never tried to make us take an offer we weren't happy with. There were problems with the lender on the offer and he kept us up to date sometimes three or four calls a day to make sure we didn't get discouraged. He was just great. He knows the business of real estate sales and it shows. He is thorough and efficient in his work. I would recommend his highly to anyone looking to sell or buy. Thank You so much Jim.
